When we think about intrinsic sources, hydrochloric acid from the stomach acid, stomach acid is hydrochloric acid. When we think about foods the principal assets, I think, are citric acid, phosphoric acid, to a lesser extent malic acid. And, different fruits and even vegetables have different acids that are intrinsic to these food substances. Most of the beverages that are on the market tend to be citric acid based, and others like the cola beverages can be phosphoric acid based, and others are a combination of actually phosphoric and citric acid.
